Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Phoenix Addie stepped things up a notch to give Gilmer the 'W'. Addie went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI, which was good enough to set a new career-high in hits.

Addie's strong effort led Gilmer over Ridgeland and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since August of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
