It was a good run, but the Northgate Broncos unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They were outmatched by Acalanes on the road and fell 70-42. Northgate has not had much luck with Acalanes recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Amelia Schrag, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Hana Neuman was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
Northgate's loss dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Acalanes, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-4.
Northgate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Acalanes also has no future games currently scheduled.
