Adairsville waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Ridgeland Panthers a 7-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Adairsville's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Ridgeland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.
