The Tri-City Christian Eagles won the last time they faced the Maranatha Christian Eagles, and things went their way on Friday too. Tri-City Christian walked away with a 49-36 victory over the Eagles.
Katie Busch was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last 11 times she's played. Giselle Murray was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds.
Tri-City Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Maranatha Christian, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Santa Fe Christian the next time they take the court. Tri-City Christian will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Eagles will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
