The Chambers Cougars fought the good fight in their overtime game against the West Charlotte Lions on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 70-69 to the Lions. As for West Charlotte, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against North Mecklenburg at 6:00 p.m. North Mecklenburg is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games.
