The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harry S. Truman in their matchups with Bensalem: they've now lost six in a row.
Harry S. Truman lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Erynn Bond, who scored ten points. Bond scored a full 47.6% of Harry S. Truman's points, the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shylah McCleve, who scored six points.
Harry S. Truman bumped their record down to 1-6 with that defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bensalem, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
Harry S. Truman will head out on the road to face off against Council Rock South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Council Rock South presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Harry S. Truman in Pennsylvania (Council Rock South is ranked 189th, while Harry S. Truman is ranked 453rd). Bensalem will be home for the holidays to greet Neshaminy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
