Calistoga proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by five) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Lower Lake Trojans 2-1. The win was nothing new for Calistoga as they're now sitting on three straight.

Leo Ramos and Diego Perez Herrera scored both of Calistoga's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Calistoga's victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1. As for Lower Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Calistoga will venture away from home to take on Technology at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lower Lake, they will host Upper Lake at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Lower Lake's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
