Cathedral Catholic won the last time they faced Morse, and Mckinnley Hanlon did her part to make sure it happened again. The Cathedral Catholic Dons came out on top against the Morse Tigers by a score of 39-28 on Friday thanks to Hanlon, who posted 17 points along with eight boards and five steals. The game was her third in a row with at least 17 points.

Another player making a difference was Anastasia (Ana) Miskova, who put up nine points. What's more, she also posted three assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2024.

Cathedral Catholic's win bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Morse, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

Cathedral Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 45-43 defeat against Scripps Ranch on the 12th. As for Morse, they have also already played their next contest, a 44-42 loss against Mira Mesa on the 11th.
