South View had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Jack Britt Buccaneers on Friday, falling 41-18. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

South View didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Malyk Mclean and Ahmad Carmichael. Mclean has been hot recently, having also posted at least one defended passe the last three times he's played.
