The Pleasant Grove Eagles were the 63-57 winner over the St. Francis Troubadours when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Pleasant Grove took a serious blow against St. Francis on Friday, falling 64-27. Pleasant Grove was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-11.
Bria McGahan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for St. Francis, scoring 22 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which McGahan has scored at least a third of St. Francis' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydney Teoh, who scored 16 points.
Pleasant Grove has not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-15 record this season. As for St. Francis, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
