Baseball Recap: Arlington Extends Winning Streak to Three

Arlington waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Gahr Gladiators 11-1. Considering the Lions have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Arlington pushed their record up to 12-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Gahr, they moved to 4-7 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arlington will take on Lakeside at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gahr, they will square off against Downey at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Gahr's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
