New Creation Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener on Thursday (and then some). Everything went their way against the Abundant Life Christian Academy Lions as the New Creation Christian Academy Crusaders made off with a 12-1 victory.
Nolan Hyde made a splash no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Hyde was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
