They put the hurt on Bloomington with a sharp 52-32 victory. Considering San Bernardino has won four games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
It was another big night for Laniah Porter, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 19 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Rihanna Scott, who scored 10 points along with 6 assists and 5 rebounds.
The win got San Bernardino back to even at 4-4. As for Bloomington, they have yet to win a contest at home this season, leaving them with a 2-5 record.
San Bernardino will head out on the road to face off against Indian Springs at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Indian Springs is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games. As for Bloomington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Canyon Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Canyon Springs focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Friday.
