Ben Kemp and Brayden Leeson were major factors while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Kemp tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Leeson pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Kemp has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Kemp went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run, while Leeson went 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Will Kemp, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Richie Talavera, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Bishop Union kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in four consecutive matchups.
Bishop Union's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Mammoth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
