Riverview won the last time they faced Frazier and things went their way on Thursday too. The Riverview Raiders simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Frazier Commodores 54-27. The win was familiar territory for the Raiders who have now won five contests in a row.
Leading Riverview to victory were Katerina Tsambis and Lily Bauer. Tsambis went 9 for 18 on her way to 24 points in addition to six boards and six steals, while Bauer dropped a double-double on 15 points and 15 rebounds. Tsambis is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Juliette Brun, who posted four points along with ten rebounds and five steals.
Riverview smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in five consecutive matches.
Despite the loss, Frazier still got an impressive performance from Chloe Harger, who put up 14 points. That's the most points Harger has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Allie Yauch, who earned seven points.
Riverview's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3. As for Frazier, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.
