The Williamson Warriors waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with five straight wins but they left with six. They blew past Cowanesque Valley 59-35. Williamson has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Taylor Rae Jones, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Madisen Jones was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Williamson is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for Cowanesque Valley, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
