The matchup between Santa Ynez and Paso Robles on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-1 effort from their previous meeting. Santa Ynez suffered a tough 6-2 defeat at the hands of Paso Robles. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Santa Ynez was already down 4-0.

Skyla Oslin did their best for Santa Ynez and scored both of Santa Ynez's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 20 so far this season.
Meanwhile, Orcutt Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They were the victim of a tough 6-2 loss at the hands of Morro Bay.
Santa Ynez's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12-2. As for Orcutt Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season.
Santa Ynez took their victory against Orcutt Academy when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 5-0. Will Santa Ynez repeat their success, or does Orcutt Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
