Kayde Dotson was his usual excellent self, going 7 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 25 points and 4 assists. He hasn't dropped below 15points for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Clarence Payia, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds.
Beaumont United's victory was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.5 points per game. As for Humble, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-16 record this season.
Beaumont United will head out on the road to square off against North Shore at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Shore will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 263rd, while Beaumont United is ranked ninth). As for Humble, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against King at 7:00 p.m. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for King and five for Humble.
