Marquez has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Aleah McGregor was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight steals and five assists.
Meanwhile, Western scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Century 50-23 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Western has posted yet this season.
Anaheim pushed their record up to 23-1 with that victory, which was their 11th straight on the road. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.91 points. Western's record now sits at 5-10.
Everything came up roses for Anaheim against Western when the teams last played two weeks ago as the team secured a 62-12 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Anaheim since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
