The Bucktail Bucks can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Monday. They walked away with a 36-28 win over Montgomery. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bucktail also won the last time the pair played back in February.
When it comes to explaining why Montgomery lost, one person who can't be blamed is Falin Reynolds. Despite the final result, she scored 19 points. The contest was Reynolds' fourth in a row with at least ten points.
The win got Bucktail back to even at 1-1. As for Montgomery, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing South Williamsport the next time they take the court. Montgomery will head out to face South Williamsport at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Bucktail will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on December 20th.
