Santa Maria's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Lompoc, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
Santa Maria will head out on the road to face off against Coast Union at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Lompoc will be home for the holidays to greet Mission College Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mission College Prep presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lompoc in California (Mission College Prep is ranked 336th, while Lompoc is ranked 973rd).
