La Jolla Country Day took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against San Diego by a score of 6-2.

In other batting news, Jack O'Toole was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. Ryan Jackson was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
Madison was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Monte Vista only posted a batting average of .160.
Madison now has a winning record of 2-1. As for La Jolla Country Day, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.
