Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Joseph). They took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging a 97-33 win over the Presentation Panthers. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 285th, while the Panthers are ranked 980th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading St. Joseph to victory were Skylar Moscardi and Giselle Delgadillo. Moscardi posted 22 points, while Delgadillo scored 16 points. Moscardi has become a key player for the Knights: the team is undefeated when she posts at least 15 points, but 0-4 otherwise. Natalee Torres was another key player, putting up 12 points.

St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Presentation, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

St. Joseph has already played their next game, a 55-33 defeat against Pinewood on the 12th. As for Presentation, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 63-25 loss against Half Moon Bay on the 12th.
