Central Valley kept a clean sheet against Merced on Tuesday. They blew past the Merced Bears 4-0. The win was familiar territory for the Hawks who have now won three matches in a row.

They hit Merced with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Aaralyn Jauregui (2), Ayleen Apreza, and Marcella Larranaga.

Central Valley pushed their record up to 5-1-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Merced, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Central Valley face off against the Atwater at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Merced, they will challenge Manteca at 11:35 a.m. on Friday.
