Floodwood won the last time they faced Hill City/Northland, and things went their way on Friday, too. Floodwood made easy work of Hill City/Northland and carried off a 44-18 win. The success represented a nice turnaround for Floodwood, who in their last game suffered a tough 6-36 loss. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 1-1.
Floodwood will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Kelliher/Northome at 7:00 PM. As for Hill City/Northland, they will face off against Bigfork.
