The Public Safety Academy Phoenix and the Norton Science & Language Academy Rockets finished up their matchup with a 4-4 draw. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Phoenix's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Norton Science & Language Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Natalie Ruiz (2), Valerie Martinez, and Andrea Membreno.

With that draw, Public Safety Academy's record moves to 3-3-1. As for Norton Science & Language Academy, they moved theirs to 1-3-1.

After both having extra time off, Public Safety Academy and Cornerstone Christian will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 2:15 p.m. on January 13, 2025. Cornerstone Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Public Safety Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Norton Science & Language Academy, they will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Redlands Adventist Academy at 3:15 p.m. on January 16, 2025.
