That's the first time this season that Musson scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Isabella Corral, who scored 17 points.
Arroyo got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Emma Chan out in front who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds. That's the first time this season that Chan scored 15 or more points. Alexa Adutwum was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five steals.
St. Joseph Notre Dame has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Arroyo, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-13.
St. Joseph Notre Dame will take on Encinal at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Arroyo won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Hayward at 6:30 p.m. on January 18th.
