This season hasn't been kind to The Christian Academy, who are still winless after their fourth game. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 46-20 walloping at the hands of Morrisville on Thursday. The Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Morrisville apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

Perhaps the best among them was Takaylah Backus, who scored 17 points along with eight steals and five assists. Those eight steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Faith Graham, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals.
The Christian Academy's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Morrisville, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
The Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bristol at 4:00 p.m. on January 3, 2024. Morrisville won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Kimberton Waldorf at 4:00 p.m. on December 15th. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Kimberton Waldorf: 23.4, Morrisville: 25) so any points scored will be well earned.
