The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Scotts Valley in their matchups with Hollister: they've now lost three in a row.
Scotts Valley's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Brooklyn Williams, who scored 6 points, and Amelia Vye who scored 5 points.
Scotts Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hollister, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scotts Valley will challenge Wilcox at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hollister won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Ann Sobrato at 5:00 p.m. on December 1st.
