Madera is 0-10 against the Panthers since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Madera Coyotes will look to defend their home court against the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, Madera suffered a rough 56-32 loss at the hands of the Knights. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Madera in their matchups with the Knights: they've now lost five in a row.
Meanwhile, San Joaquin Memorial pushed their score all the way to 59 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Monache by a score of 62-59.
Madera dropped their record down to 14-12 with that defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for San Joaquin Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-6.
Madera took a serious blow against the Panthers in their previous meeting back in January, falling 78-37. The match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Madera was down 50-20.
