Softball Recap: Lindsay Wins Going Away Against Henryetta

Lindsay had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Henryetta Knights on Wednesday as they made off with a 7-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Leopards, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Lindsay's win bumped their record up to 25-9. As for Henryetta, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 8-2.

Henryetta didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-6 victory against Chisholm on the 1st. Hopefully Lindsay paid attention to the Knights' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Knights on Thursday.
