Sultan won the last time they faced La Conner and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Turks put the hurt on the Braves with a sharp 21-5 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Turks.

Sydney (Pidge) Pettigrew was a standout: she scored two runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Keyaria Steele was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

The win got Sultan back to even at 2-2. As for La Conner, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Sultan has already played their next game, a 20-9 victory against Orcas Island on the 29th. As for La Conner, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 31-5 loss against Tonasket on the 29th.
