 In other batting news,  Brady Bowman was  incredible,  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances with a  home run and three  RBI.  Landon Justice was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 John Milledge Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Heritage, the  win was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-6.
 John Milledge Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Dominion Christian at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Heritage, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Brookstone at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Brookstone is coming into the  match with ten straight  victories at home,  so Heritage will have to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum.
