MaxPreps 2014-15 Wisconsin preseason boys basketball Fab 5, presented by the Army National Guard

1. Dominican (Whitefish Bay)
2013-14 record: 25-3, Division 4 state champion
Head coach: Derek Berger

After winning three straight state titles, it's tough to keep a program on the up and up. Apparently not at Dominican. The Knights are stacked again this season and will be long and athletic. Diamond Stone, the top center in the Class of 2015, leads the way. A consensus Top 10 recruit, the 6-foot-10 Stone is coming off a monster season (24 points, 13 rebounds, 3.7 blocks per game). He is set to make his college decision in mid-November. Senior guard Tywon Bressler (12 points, four rebounds, 3.5 assists) and Austin Moutry (six points, 2.5 assists) are also returning starters. The Knights also added athletic Kostas Antetokounmpo -- brother of Milwaukee Bucks young star Giannis, also called "The Greek Freak."

2. Neenah
2013-14 record: 26-2, Division 1 state runner-up
Head coach: Scott Bork

The Rockets return two of their top three scorers from last season. Marquette commit Matt Heldt, 6-10, is a handful inside. He averaged 18.2 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per night last year. Trevor Entwisle is a versatile guard who added 9.4 points and 3.1 assists. Key reserves Ty Hegg (6.6 points) and Adam Pronschinske (3.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game) will step into the starting lineup. Transfer Rodney Scales, who played last season in Oak Park, Mich., should provide scoring (9.2 points per game last season) and rebounding.

3. Sun Prairie
2013-14 record: 17-9
Head coach: Jeff Boos

Sun Prairie has four of its top seven scorers returning and also added a valuable transfer from a nearby rival. It should be a fun season for the Cardinals. Nick Noskowiak, rated the 10th-best point guard in the country by 247Sports, enters his final season. The Marquette commit, who competed in the invite-only LeBron James Skills Academy over the summer, averaged 20 points per game last season. Fellow seniors JT Ruffin (12 points) and Malik Robinson (9.6 points) will be Noskowiak's right-hand guys. Sophomore Steve Wooten (7.2 points) transferred in from Madison East.

4. Rice Lake
2013-14 record: 23-3, Division 2 state runner-up
Head coach: Kevin Orr

Henry Ellenson leads the way for the Warriors. The No. 19 recruit for the Class of 2015 by 247Sports has committed to play at Marquette next season. Last year, the 6-10 power forward averaged 26.8 points and 13 rebounds per game. Senior Erik Hovde was a key reserve last season who will step into the starting lineup.

5. King (Milwaukee)
2013-14 record: 24-3
Head coach: Jim Gosz

Year in and year out, Milwaukee King has a solid team. The Generals are coming off a berth in the Division 1 state semifinals. Only two starters are back from that team – senior guard Joe Binyoti (seven points per game) and Diamantae Freeman (three points). King is a quick team and coach Gosz plans on going eight to nine deep in his rotation.
