Macomb won against Canton on Friday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Bombers were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Pittsfield Saukees. The victory was nothing new for the Bombers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Macomb's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Pittsfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Looking ahead, Macomb will look to defend their home field on Monday against West Prairie at 4:30 p.m. As for Pittsfield, they will head out on the road to challenge Seymour at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Saukees' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 6.1 runs per game this season.
