In what's become a running theme this season, the Tehachapi Warriors gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 71-19 victory over West at home. Tehachapi is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 11 straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tehachapi to victory, but perhaps none more so than Koree Rodden, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rodden has scored all season. Jamie Neaderbaomer was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Tehachapi is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. As for West, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7.
Tehachapi will head out on the road to face off against East Bakersfield at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. East Bakersfield is on a three-game streak of home wins, Tehachapi a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for West, they will face off against Yucca Valley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
