 Despite their  loss, Klein Forest saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays.  James Robinson, who threw for 223 yards and one  TD, and also rushed for 49 yards, was perhaps the best of all. 106 of  Robinson's passing yards were hauled in by Kevin Davis.
Meanwhile, Klein Cain came up short against Magnolia last Saturday and fell  31-24.
 Klein Forest will have to contain  Zach Johnson as he made an impact in Klein Cain's last game. He threw for 427 yards and a pair of  touchdowns, and also punched in one  score on the ground. Klein Cain's leading receiver  Tyson Freeman was  Johnson's top target yet again, picking up 162 receiving yards.
 Klein Cain's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Klein Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
 Klein Forest couldn't quite get it done against Klein Cain when the teams last played  back in October of 2024 as they fell  16-3. Thankfully for the Eagles,  Jaelon Dixon (who rushed for 149 yards and one  TD) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
