While Durant's victory against Ada wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions won by a run and slipped past the Cougars 3-2. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Durant's victory bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Ada, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11-2 record this season.

Durant wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 7-5 defeat against Coweta on the 15th. Ada has also already played their next contest (against Madill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
