Stuart Hall has gone a perfect 3-0 against College Prep recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Knights will be playing at home against the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Stuart Hall 3.9, College Prep 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Stuart Hall's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Credo as they made off with a 15-0 win. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 15 runs or more this season.

Ryder Anderson was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Stuart Hall is undefeated when Anderson posts three or more RBI, but 1-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Sebastian Bach Gebler, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Stuart Hall kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when College Prep faced off against Lick-Wilmerding on Tuesday. The Cougars fell 4-1 to the Tigers. The matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
College Prep saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Liev Melamed, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. Melamed has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Tilden Rees also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Stuart Hall pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Stuart Hall has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.4 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like College Prep struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Stuart Hall got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2020 against College Prep by a conclusive 13-1 score. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
