University strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Limon Badgers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Ten seems to be a good number for the Bulldogs as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Natalie Galindo was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Kendall Dietz also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.
University always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Limon only posted an OBP of .222.
University's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Limon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
