Chatfield got a great performance from Isabella Leech as she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Leech has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Kayla Harpstreith was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in September. Jaelynn Delgado was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Chatfield's record now sits at 9-12. As for Ralston Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14.
