Watsonville lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Isabella Love, who scored 15 points along with two steals. Fernanda Lazo was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Watsonville has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Hollister, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.
