The Trabuco Hills Mustangs suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 67-23 loss at the hands of San Juan Hills. Trabuco Hills has not had much luck with San Juan Hills recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Leading San Juan Hills to victory were Anna Shreeve and Sydney Peterson. Shreeve scored 22 points along with nine steals and six rebounds, while Peterson scored 25 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Peterson has scored all season. Aryanna Hudson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six assists and three steals.
Trabuco Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for San Juan Hills, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trabuco Hills the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Aliso Niguel at 3:00 p.m. on January 27th. San Juan Hills will take on San Clemente at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
