1. Narbonne (Harbor City)Head coach: Manuel Douglas
2015 record: 14-2
Team previewComing off a historic first state championship, the Gauchos should make another serious run with 11 returning starters, including seven on the defensive side. Leading the way is 6-foot-1, 220-pound junior linebacker
Raymond Scott, along with senior safety
Justin Prince (5-10, 185) and senior defensive lineman
Dominic Peterson (6-2, 260).
Narbonne, after its fourth section title in five years, is led offensively by junior quarterback
Jalen Chatman and senior running back
Kameron Denmark (898 rushing yards last season, 14 touchdowns).

2015 record: 8-1-1
Team previewWell, this doesn't happen often.
According to James, the Hawks return all 22 starters from last season, including one of the top juniors in the country, wide receiver
Jalen Hall. The 6-3, 185-pounder is the No. 3 recruit overall from the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports. He's the No. 1 wide receiver. Hall already has 29 offers, including from Alabama, USC and Auburn.
Other top players for the Hawks are 6-foot, 190-pound all-around athlete
Greg Johnson and 6-3, 205-pound senior receiver
Joseph Lewis.
Quarterback
Dylan Lemle threw for 2,404 yards and 26 touchdowns last year as a junior, Johnson rushed for 1,108 yards and 11 touchdowns and
Marcus Johnson, now a 5-10, 165-pound junior, rushed for 936 yards and six more scores.
Hall and Lewis combined for 111 catches and almost 2,000 yards and 17 catches last year.
Victor Terry, a 6-2, 207-pound junior linebacker, led the team with 91 tackles last season. He also had a team-high 10 sacks.

3. Dorsey (Los Angeles)Head coach: Charles Mincy
2015 record: 7-6
Team previewThe Dons featured one of the top quarterbacks in the section last year in 6-1, 186-pound senior
Jerman Gotoy, who threw for 1,580 yards and rushed for 329 more and accounted for 16 touchdowns.
Antwone Williams (528 yards, five touchdowns) should do the brunt of the ballcarrying, but look for sophomore
Charles Mincy, Jr. to get a lot of work. He rushed for 360 yards (10.9 per carry) in limited work as a freshman last year.
Elijah Boykin is the team's top returning receiver and on defense, and look out for 6-6, 245-pound sophomore
Kevon Thibodeaux, who had two sacks in two games last season as a freshman.

The Pirates featured one of the section's top sophomores last year in 6-foot, 190-pound tailback
Kai Kaneshiro, who rushed for 894 yards, averaged 6.3 yards per carry and scored 14 touchdowns.
He and senior receivers
Michael Hernandez and
Raymond Geha should give senior quarterback
Austin Jackson plenty of weapons to choose from. Geha (48 tackles) and Hernandez (three interceptions) should lead the defense as well.
