Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin). They blew past the Sheldon Huskies 7-0 on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Their offense was hitting Sheldon from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Mara Cochon led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The victory snapped Franklin's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4-1 record. As for Sheldon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4-1.

Franklin didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Elk Grove on the 20th. As for Sheldon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Laguna Creek on the 20th.
