Softball Recap: Chaffee Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Chaffee extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping them up to 15-3. They blew past the Doniphan Dons 10-2. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by eight runs or more this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Doniphan fell to 5-1. The matchup marked their lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

For Doniphan's part, they saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Monaghan, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chaffee will welcome Central at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Red Devils are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Doniphan, they will be playing at home against Van Buren at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
