River Valley is 3-0 against Purchase Line since December of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. Purchase Line suffered their biggest defeat since December 20, 2023 on Monday. They were the victim of a rough 62-42 loss at the hands of Marion Center. Purchase Line's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
River Valley's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Purchase Line, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.
Everything came up roses for River Valley against Purchase Line in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 69-31 win. With River Valley ahead 42-14 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
