Softball Recap: Stratford Academy Wins Going Away Against Mount De Sales Academy

While Stratford Academy put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Mount de Sales Academy. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Cavaliers. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Stratford Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Mount de Sales Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Looking ahead, Stratford Academy is taking a road trip to take on John Milledge Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mount de Sales Academy, they will challenge First Presbyterian Day at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cavaliers will need to watch out since the Vikings have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests.
