Cristo Rey's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mariah Silva, who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Angelina Cortes, who scored ten points.
Sacramento Country Day still hasn't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3-1. As for Cristo Rey, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.
