They really took it to Columbia Montour Vo-Tech for the full four quarters, racking up a 60-14 win on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win South Williamsport has managed all season.
South Williamsport's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Abby Akers, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and seven steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikaiya Hills, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Montgomery's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-9. As for South Williamsport, their win bumped their record up to 4-9.
